At Sleep Doctor, we want you to rest easy knowing that if your loungewear or pajamas aren't a perfect fit, you have 30 days to return them for a full refund or exchange. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to ensure the highest hygiene standards for our community.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original protective bags and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package.

Drop Off Locally

Hand your package to any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner's website.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchanged items within 5 to 7 business days.
